The kitchen diner is the heart of the home, where the exposed beams continue to frame the vaulted ceilings creating a comfortable space to seat guests to dine on the efforts of the designated chef to cook up a memorable meal in the well-equipped kitchen.

The granite and beech wood worktops, with a butlers sink is a nod to the characteristic of a classic cottage shaped by a modern cabinets which house an electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge.

The twin bedroom is located on the ground floor with an en suite shower wet room. With ample space in the freestanding wardrobe and bed side table.

Upstairs you will find the master king-size bedroom with its vaulted ceilings and quaint door which opens up to reveal views over the garden or feel the breeze of the countryside.

• Access Statement – From the parking area at the front of the cottage, you can step inside the cottage to find your accommodation across two floors, with the second bedroom located on the ground floor. From the kitchen take the narrow steps leading up to the courtyard space which is gently landscaped over a few levels.
