Hayle town has 2 supermarkets, pubs and places to eat, along with its stunning beaches. You can play golf at either West Cornwall Golf Club or Hayle Golf Club. Nearby is St-Ives, with its picturesque harbour and bustling town, is an artists’ haven, home to The Tate Modern Art Gallery. There is a Must see/ do scenic coastal train running from nearby St Erth Station (with all day reasonable parking fee £5 Spring & Summer 2025) into St Ives, passing the wide estuary at Hayle and numerous beaches enroute.

There is a security deposit of £150 to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival, please pay by BAC's directly to the owner.New Description** PARK FACILITIES & ENTERTAINMENTIMPORTANT CHANGES FOR 2025 ** Our house is situated in the woodland grounds of Tolroy Manor, which is a John Fowler Holiday Park.In previous years full park facilities have been included in the cost of the holiday but due to recent changes by the management unfortunately this is no longer the case.For an additional £30 per week, you can buy a pass for your whole family or group. Just go up to reception at any time during reception opening times and you can purchase your pass. This pass will entitle you to bookable facilities such as the indoor swimming pool with shared sauna via the JFH App, tennis court, restaurant, and clubhouse facilities with bar and entertainment during school holidays.Passes are not required for using the onsite launderette (new washer and separate dryers 2025), outdoor play area and onsite Co-op shop and arcade, these are for use by all guests, but only open during the peak season of April to October.Guests can have as much or as little involvement with the holiday park as they choose, if you choose not to, then you will not require a Park PassIMPORTANT DISCLAIMER - PLEASE NOTE - The Tolroy Manor holiday park facilities are open April to end of October, but close down from November to March inclusive.
