"Although this hotel may at first appear dated it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hotel provides value for money in a great location. Our stay at the Boundary Hotel was greatly enhanced by Andrew who went above and beyond at every stage to look after us."
"Spacious however I did not see one member of staff after I checked in aid before i checked out. My towels were not changed once over my 3 night stay "
"Stay here a few times a year when passing through to our destination. Although it’s a services hotel it’s extremely quiet and the bed I super comfortable. "

Hyatt Place Leeds
10/10 Excellent
"Beautifully clean reception area, lounge bar and rooms. Rooms were a good size, well appointed and immaculately clean. Excellent nights sleep thanks to the comfort of the bed and the very effective air con.
Staff could not have been more obliging.
Concierge/security were alert and looked after the guests very well.
Parking literally next door was a godsend and a well equipt Co-Op mini market was a couple of minutes walk away (if not less!).
Wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again."
"Exceptional service for the price! The breakfast was delicious with an impressive variety of options. The location couldn’t be more convenient since you can literally roll your suitcase straight in from Leeds train station through the rear entrance. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful. I accidentally left a small bag in my room after check-out, and when I called, they quickly retrieved it and kept it safely at reception for me to collect later.
The on-site restaurant on the ground floor is also excellent — tasty dishes with a 10% discount for hotel guests. Definitely worth a try!"
"Stayed for 2 nights. Was easy to check in & given carpark information. Room was clean & what we expected. Did have to ask for more coffee for second day as wasn’t filled when room was cleaned but this was done very quickly. Overall great stay & would tell anyone else going to Leeds to stay there."
