About this property
Cozy & Convenient Studio with Kitchenette
- Stay in comfort in the cozy Wolf Den with an amazing view of Mount Healy in Denali National Park. Den includes a kitchenette and private bathroom with shower. The property is located at the end of a road in a quiet neighborhood on just over 2 acres.
This one room den has one queen bed and two twin beds with sleeping space for up to 4 people. The kitchenette features a large mini fridge with freezer, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, 2 burner stovetop, pots & pans, and plates & glasses. Private bathroom with shower and fresh towels are provided.
Stair use is *required*. This is one of two units above the garage with shared driveway and entrance. Your den has a separate, lockable door. Parking is provided next to the garage. Garage space is not accessible to guests. Owner occupies home on property and it is also rented out during the summer months.
There are three security cameras outside overlooking the driveway and parking area.
