"Location is great! Staff was delightful, and responsive to small requests such as extra blankets.Mattresses were comfortable and rooms nice size. Sofas are convertibles but they upsell $30/night + tax to use as sleeper. Seriously? Heads up: Food & Beverage credit applies from the day your reservation starts and is not applicable the day you check out. Joe Merchant cafe was good. Any hotel dealing with skiers/boarders has their work cut out for them due to the ski equipment, but they make it convenient and handle it well. We were there in a blizzard and I give ski and car valet due credit...bravo. All in all, good value for money, we'd certainly do it again."

"The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean and nicely orchestrated. I really like that. They have a spa on site a swimming pool that’s heated on site and a gym on site. You can buy a heavenly ski pass at the front desk instead of having to wait in line elsewhere. All the stores and restaurants and heavenly are walking distance."

"Location, location, location! The unit was clean and cozy. More importantly, the host was responsive and the rental process beginning to end was seamless. "

"Location was great right next to the Gondala. Happened to snow right before we arrived so lifts were open. The two bedroom was perfect for our family of 5. The washer and dryer in the unit were so helpful for a ski week. The fitness center had everything I needed to stay on track. Bathroom shower stall could use some updating but over all was great. "
