Staff was friendly and kind the room was clean and comfortable had the full French feel and was cozy. Transportation was a 2-4 min walk and easy to explore the sites from the hotel.

The room was really nice, and the hotel is in a great location to walk to many of the top museums we went to. The metro is close too. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Paris, and we are so glad we chose to stay at Hotel Castille!

Staff at reception were good however they were having some issues with the key card machine which resulted in having to go back to reception because we could not get into our room.
