Modern, bright and cosy, comfortable holiday flat in Heiden above Lake Constance, 2, 3 or 4 rooms bookable, up to a maximum of 6 people. Ideal for families, senior citizens or business travellers.
Situated on the edge of the village, you reach the holiday flat with separate entrance via the spiral staircase down to the basement. A spacious entrance hall with cloakroom welcomes you. The modern, open-plan kitchen with dishwasher is located together with the living room, from which you can access the large balcony via an easy-to-open sliding door. The bathroom consists of a shower, WC and washbasin. There is a choice of three bedrooms: A master bedroom with two mattresses 90cm wide, a bedroom with a French bed, 160cm wide with integrated wet room (WC, washbasin and shower) and a small children's room with bunk bed, 2x190 x 80cm mattresses, the second wet room can be rented on request, must be registered. Payment on site. This applies to less than 4 paying persons. One floor below is the play and sunbathing area. There is also the possibility to use the washing machine and tumble dryer. Internet access (new & fast) is free of charge. The nearby mineral spa Unterrechstein can be reached in 15 - 20 minutes on foot.

Other sports and leisure activities: Electric biking, hiking, Nordic walking, mountain bike tours, swimming, (mini)golf: the Appenzellerland offers a multitude of possibilities for varied holidays. Culturally, there are various interesting museums and cheese dairies to choose from. In winter, tranquillity is the order of the day instead of exhilarating après-ski. Various toboggan runs, friendly little ski areas and cross-country skiing centres guarantee real winter fun. Those looking for relaxation will find what they are looking for at the Herisau sports centre or the Unterrechstein spa. Not forgetting all the cosy (mountain) restaurants serving Appenzell specialities. Various events with lots of traditional customs round off the offer.

Excursion possibilities: In addition to the Appenzellerland itself with its many mountain railways (Säntis, Hoher Kasten Krohnberg) and the many different hiking trails, there is a lot to discover in Eastern Switzerland: the city of St. Gallen with its UNESCO World Heritage Site, Walter Zoo in Gossau, Säntispark in Abtwil, boat trips on Lake Constance, the city of Vaduz with the Citytrain or the Toggenburg holiday region with the Klangweg.

Desaster

Leider wurde uns um 20.30h am Vorabend der Abreise seitens des Vermieters abgesagt. FeWo.direkt war auch nicht sehr hilfreich m zwar hat der Vermieter eine alternative Unterkunft für uns gefunden, allerdings entsprach diese nicht unseren Vorstellungen und Wünschen (Lage, etc).
