"Sauberes Zimmer,Hervorragendes Frühstück im Hotel Heiden. Angenehmer Kontakt an der Recéption. Leider gibt es immer mehr Leute welche nicht lesen können,oder sich über alles foutieren( 2 Anschläge an der Türe innen u. aussen Türe immer schliessen. Türe war trotzdem immer offen. Aber da kann das Hotelpersonal ja nichts dafür "

"The staff at the front desk were terribly Friendly- MS REBECCA, KUSEY (hope I got it right) and the very lovely GM of the hotel. She offered my husband the local beer which was a very kind gesture. We were surprised at the respectfulness, friendliness and everything that you can ask from a front desk staff. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. My husband enjoyed the bacon."

"Easy to find and park. A bit confusing to use the mobile phone key, since we need a paper key for the elevator. Comfortable beds and great shower. The view is spectacular!"

"The automated check in is fine and the building / rooms are new and well appointed but it doesn’t count for much when there’s a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I spent all evening with the windows open just to sleep and as there is nobody on site, there’s no way of moving rooms or getting it seen to."
