"This hotel has the best view of the lake I have ever seen, I was in awe when I stepped out on my patio! I could have sat there for days! The staff are very friendly and helpful! The rooms and property are showing their age (a little), but the staff and the views are well worth going here."

"Speiz is a beautiful area. This property is right on the bus route to take you to Interlaken, or a short walk to the water and the ferry. We missed our bus once, and it is only a 10-15 minute walk to the train station as well. The property was clean, the owners, who live upstairs are very nice, and she speaks so many languages. "

"We stayed on the top floor with our guest from home country, Japan. We had some concerns about bed bugs based on past reviews, but we didn’t see any signs and had great time with fantastic view. Some tips: there is no elevator and no dedicated parking place."
