"I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases. The blankets and sheets smell of faint mold, as if they're not dried properly. There is no air flow, even with windows open. Despite it being...
"Clean and modern budget hotel. Good to reach by bus and centrally located in Berlin Köpenick.
Good breakfast. Only downside was Long before breakfast time ended, a lood of foods were taken and not refilled by staff.
Beside of that a good place to stay for a short Trip.

"Nobody is at the desk after 3pm even though they tell you to check in after 3pm, makes no sense. You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in. He barely spoke any English so he was confused on how to help me, but eventually he showed me how to use my key on the back door to get in (there is no...

And because it’s a separate entrance you can’t use the elevator after 3pm which is annoying because i was on the 4th floor. The wifi was HORRIBLE. Every few minutes it would disconnect from my phone and i would have to go into my settings, turn off wifi entirely, then turn it back on and MAYBE the wifi would reconnect. If you’re not close to the lobby then the wifi doesn’t work (even in the lobby it was slow). It was just very underwhelming and barely met the standards. Wouldn’t stay here again let’s just put it that way. "

The blankets and sheets smell of faint mold, as if they're not dried properly. There is no air flow, even with windows open. Despite it being colder days, it was unbearably hot and stuffy. No AC. Showers had 2 spiders. Moths as well. I think they try to make it American style, while having 0 idea what America is. They focus on the decor, and lack in basic sanitation. The restaraunt food is very bad. I've stayed in motels in Turkish nature, and they weren't this foul or hot. Once again, management, the woman with short hair is a nightmare. Either she is racist or anti LGBT. But I never felt ok. The rest of Germany i felt safe. They also close the gates at night?? I felt very nervous. I opened the gate and went out for the night. Why close us in? Save your money, these people (besides the bartender male) are so bad. "
