Fishing package available: Trout fishing in our private Blue Creek Trout pond stocked with Rainbow trout. Fishing Season: Spring March 1-June 15 and Fall October - November. Each package includes Access to the trout pond and blue creek area, catch and keep 10 trout max, no catch and release, and bring your own fishing equipment. Add the package at checkout or by calling the office.

Private cabin on the lake was great! When the sun hits the lake it beams into the cabin creating so much natural light. Hot tub was really nice for relaxing, especially after a hike. Cozy living room with a gas fireplace and everything was super clean. Can’t forget the deer we saw around the cabin. Great communication with host too. We hope to visit again.

Nice secluded cabin on lake!

We had a great time at this cute, secluded cabin on the lake. Fishing, hot tub, fire pit and even a nearby trout pond the kids fished at and had a fish fry for dinner. It was so nice to be able to take the dogs with us too! Overall a wonderful stay and we hope to come back!

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our weekend at Picardy Rose. The cabin is well stocked and maintained. It’s in a lovely location and very close to Helen with many activities available to do. We would definitely recommend staying at this location and will likely stay again in the future.

Cozy cabin with lake view

We enjoyed the privacy of not having other cabins on top of us. It was very quiet and peaceful. The gas fireplace was a nice touch and hubby and son enjoyed playing pool and ping pong.

Beautiful cabin in a secluded, restful area but still close proximity to everything else

Our family was looking for a place to unwind and have a relaxing, peaceful Christmas...and this place was fantastic! So many amenities (hot tub, ping pong, pool table, nearby hiking to beautiful waterfalls, wildlife/deer, etc). We had such a great vacation and would highly recommend this place to anyone! Also, we enjoyed downtown Cleveland and Dahlonega for some Christmas shopping. Helen was good and had some pretty lights, but was quite crowded as a tourist town.

Secluded overlooking a pond with frequent sightings of deer scampering through the woods. Private.

Clean; comfortable, well stocked with essentials. Hot tub and jacuzzi tub added to ambiance if looking for a place with no traffic,’comfortable amenities, quiet time to unwind, read a book, work puzzles, or just do “nothing” - can't go wrong.

Romantic cozy cabin on the lake

Probably one of my favorite places I stayed in Georgia. The commute to local stores and restaurants was within 15 minutes. The weather was absolutely gorgeous between 30 to 50°. We took full advantage of the fire pit and Jacuzzi wish we would’ve stayed longer even though we stayed six days. It was amazing. Helen was so cute especially during this holiday season I’m obsessed with George’s burgers highly recommend so many things to do with the kids or even with just your spouse/friends

Great time with family

The property is just okay. It is in desperate need of updating. The cabin is very basic and does not look cheerful and fresh as the picture advertised. We did however enjoy the fish pond.

Vacation

The location of this property was spot on for our family however there were a few issues with pet hair from previous occupants! We all have allergies and had to go purchase our own bed covers! Other than that it was a very nice stay!
