"Very cute, owner has great attention to detail
Lovely facility. Would definitely go back. So nice to not be a chain hotel. Cute little botique hotel!"
"The breakfast and dessert was delicious! Rebecca was so nice and friendly making sure our stay was great. I would definitely recommend the place and I am sure to return!"
"I really enjoyed the peace and quiet. There were other couples and families that stayed on the property, yet we felt as if we were the only ones there. The sweet lady that stays on the property was very helpful by telling us about a few restraunts we should try and other fun things in the area. "

I will definitely stay again when I go to Heen!"
"Don’t understand why coffee makers are no longer in the rooms. Staff says it’s best westerns policy. Very inconvenient. Also no slip strips in the bath tub. Very dangerous "
"The hotel is styled with the German Alpine theme throughout Helen. It is in the downtown district with restaurants and shops. I would want to stay here for the convenience of getting around and the clean comfortable room again."
"Rooms comfortable and quiet. Beds were great. Hot breakfast enjoyable. The views from the back deck were awesome. We traveled with our service animal ( Chillidog ) and the staff made us feel welcome. We look forward to staying again on our next visit in the area.
