"If you want to have the experience of staying in a very old inn, this is for you. It’s seeping with history and you can almost hear the carriages and horses of yesteryear arriving in o get a meal and sleep at the ancient inn. The floors may not be perfectly level, the spirits may walk halls and the old stone shows through in spaces; but this is a stay you will recount to friends and family for years The staff is kind and helpful, the town is sleepy and if you are lucky you’ll meet the local’s dog, Jules. My family all piled into one room and it was so fun. Embrace life and enjoy your stay. If you need the most modern and sterile stay, go to the Hilton (if you can find one)."

"For the price you pay don’t expect the Ritz. It was very basic and did the job as just an overnight stay.property was clean. No staff around in morning to top up coffee pots, replenish drinking juice, plates and cups where all mismatched not all matching. Bit of TLC in the right places and would have gave it 5 stars for the price."

"Friendly staff made you feel welcome good clean room forgot to put that my brother and me are disabled,and it wasn't any problem putting us on ground floor apartment,nothing was to much to ask for anything,so polite aways sits hello and ask how you wear every time went in and out of the building.good parking very secure with barrier great 3 nights thank you from Mark &Barry"

"The hotel is clean. Room very clean, a little small but had a fridge kettle and microwave. Good value for the price. We stayed for one night with no problems. 15 minutes walk to town. Was very hot so would recommend a fan. Definitely recommend as a budget friendly stay."
