Athens Hotel Guide - Hellenic Parliament hotels in Athens, Greece.

"This hotel is centrally located near all the main attractions in Athens, and well within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly, polite, and very willing to help. The breakfast buffet had a great array of options, and was restocked often for freshness. The room conditions are the only thing I would give one less star for. The room seemed a bit old, and was small and cramped. The plumbing in the bathroom was a mess, and often had a strong sewage odor that made it very gross. Whoever designed the shower did not understand the flow of water, and unfortunately whenever the shower was used, a large puddle of water would flood the bathroom. It was also frustrating that the shower was just a wand, and not a standard overhead shower. The bathroom was also tiny, and it was impossible to open the door fully due to the cramped size. Other than that, the stay at the hotel was good, and I would recommend. "

"As the street under construction is very noisy, location is inside the city center so very convenient to go every viewpoint , but the hotel facilities isn’t fully equipped."

"Location is ideal. Close to everything and within walking distance. The staff is helpful, especially the evening front desk attendant, Dimitri. The Inn offers an amazing and bountiful breakfast buffet. The adjacent restaurant, By the Glass, is wonderful too. Good food and an excellent selection of wines. My only suggestions. 1. The rooms are dark. At least the one we got. It also did not have a bidet. ;( 2. The room also lacked a kettle. Many of us traveling from far away are on different time zones. We found ourselves awake in the wee early hours in the morning, having a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea would have been incredibly helpful/ appreciated. They do offer a Nespresso "espresso" machine, but no way to make a cup of tea, and no tea cups/ mugs in the room. 3. Their TV's did not offer any international news channels or provide a way to access Netflix. We were surprised because my first stay there we were able to access a few International TV news sources. Overall, I would give this Hotel a solid 4 stars. "

"This is our second stay at the Stanley. The staff is amazingly friendly and the breakfast is great. The roof top is the place to be to see the great views. Thank you to George(luggage), Dimitris(reception), Tanjia, Theodoris, Xristos at the restaurants they were wonderful. Thank you also to the Albanian lady who took care of our room during the week. We’ll be back! 😁"
