"Very disappointing experience, especially as the photos online looked great. However, in reality, the property was very run-down, dirty, and some things weren't working at all. The thermostat in our room didn't turn on (it didn't even have power to it), the fan in the bathroom had no cover on it and wasn't running, the smoke detector was covered in plastic wrap (which is actually illegal), the one and only lamp didn't work, the closet was broken, the carpets throughout the building were ratty and patched together, the elevator stank and was filthy, and there was never anyone at the front desk. The price for they stay was cheaper than other hotels in this area, but certainly not the cheapest - not worth the money we "saved." We won't stay here again."

"Very clean room. Especially appreciate the bathtub was speaking clean and it means so much to families travelling with young children. However, customer service is a bit unsatisfactory. I did expect crib should have been ready in the room before checking in since I also received a confirmation message from the hotel. Staff also have no knowledge of EV charging provided by the hotel. When we were checking out, we asked for water to fill up my son’s water bottle but staff was not willing to help. After being asked many times by both me and my wife, she finally brought to bottle to the office to fill up for us."

"Amazing hotel!! Great customer service the staff are so friendly and nice. Hotel was so clean, the rooms were so beautiful and had everything I needed for my stay. The views were just immaculate and the overall experience was fantastic. Will be coming back here :)!!!!"

"Clean enough ( one window still dusty but that kinda thing it's huge to if the rest is clean) and very comfortable bed good price and great location. Our room had cracked miss matched tiles on the bathroom floor and oddly patched up door trim would have been easier to just replace the one board and look better. We felt safe and great restaurant down the stairs ( Base Camp) get a discount with you room key. Ice cream next door for dessert is great too. We could the lake and mountain from the window if you looked at an angle wich was very nice too."
