"We had such a wonderful weekend at this beautiful cabin in Blue Ridge celebrating my husband's birthday!! It was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our big family. The views were absolutely beautiful, and we loved that it was pet-friendly!The kids had a blast in the game room, and having two ponds on the property to fish in was such a fun bonus. The cabin is also just a short drive to downtown Blue Ridge, with all the great shops and restaurants.The owner was wonderful—great communication, very helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about trout fishing! He gave us some great tips! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway in Blue Ridge!"

"The home and mountain views were beautiful, the front yard was fabulous, and the two neighboring homes are ideal for a family reunion. The chef’s kitchen has Viking appliances, but the portable microwave did not match that quality. It also lacked a traditional coffee maker, muffin pans, pitchers, small saucepans, serving trays, colanders, and chopsticks.There is no king-size bed, even in the primary bedroom. Bathrooms need privacy blinds or curtains, and one bedroom closet was used for storage. Some bathrooms were low on toilet paper, there were too few hangers, and dead bugs had collected on the window sills.Because there is no garbage disposal, food goes into the trash. For guest safety, the property needs a locked, bear-resistant trash cage. Food left by neighboring guests attracted a baby black bear that came to our door and made the front lawn unusable. Trash dates and instructions should be provided.The downstairs patio light hung by its cords, the garage opening near the washer and dryer should be sealed, TV sound was poor, and Jacuzzi instructions and cleaner were needed.Before arrival, the 800 guest-relations line answered but could not answer property questions. Once there, communication with the owner was excellent.The VRBO listing should disclose whether the road is steep, paved, or requires four-wheel drive. One guest’s car could not make it up driveway.Beautiful property with these safety, privacy, communication, and stocking issues cured."

"We had a great stay. Beautiful house with a lot of space. The separate downstairs was great for my teenage kids(to have their space). The upper deck was awesome as it was fully enclosed so my little dog could enjoy the outdoors. We loved cooking breakfast on the grill outdoors. Very enjoyable experience. We would stay again if we choose that area again."

"Check-in was very easy and straightforward. Since cell phone service is limited in the area, I would recommend taking a screenshot of the check-in instructions and Wi-Fi password beforehand, just in case you aren't connected when you arrive.When we first checked in, we noticed that a few pieces of the furniture could have used a little more attention when it came to cleaning. However, we reached out to the host, and they responded incredibly quickly. They were very understanding, helpful, and even offered us a couple of options to make things right, which we really appreciated. Their excellent communication and willingness to help definitely made a difference.The property itself is absolutely beautiful, and the views are incredible! The hot tub was the perfect spot to sit back, relax, and take in the scenery. It was peaceful, private, and made for a wonderful escape from the everyday hustle and bustle.Overall, we had an amazing stay and truly enjoyed our time here. Despite the minor cleanliness issue, the host's responsiveness, the beautiful property, and the breathtaking views made this a wonderful experience. We would absolutely recommend this place, especially for anyone looking for a relaxing and romantic getaway. We would happily stay here again!"
