Romantic vacation apartment in Ahlbeck by the sea on Usedom

Villa Sanke warmly welcomes you!

The Villa Sanke, renovated in 2016, is located 150m from the beach and only a few minutes' walk from the center of the Ahlbeck seaside resort.

The apartment Sunshine is located in the attic of a 100 year old villa and is modern and stylish. The entrance area leads to the open living area with a sofa bed for 1 person and to the adjacent sleeping area with a 1.60 m wide bed. A kitchen unit integrated in the living area has two induction fields and an oven with hot air, grill and microwave. The daylight bathroom with bathtub is right next door.

A parking space is available on the property.


Investment:

 Villa Sanke, which was renovated in 2016, is located 150 m from the beach and only a few minutes' walk from the center of Ahlbeck. Shops and numerous restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. A parking space is included.

Seebad Ahlbeck is located directly on the border with Poland and the Polish seaside resort of Swinoujscie. Here you will experience charming old villas and an idyllic, wide beach with the historic pier. The Ostseebad Ahlbeck invites you to be active as well as to relax. With a variety of events, the cultural highlights of the holidaymakers are emphasized. Ahlbeck is connected with Heringsdorf, Bansin and Swinoujscie via the longest promenade in Europe.

Fantastische Lage. Aus dem Haus, über die Strasse und schon an der Promenade und am Strand. Viel besser geht nicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Das Auto mit 4,5m Länge passt rückwärts und schräg gestellt auf den zur Wohnung gehörenden Parkplatz. Rundum prima.

Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön. Der Balkon ist hübsch, man sieht von da den Sonnenaufgang und auch den Untergang zumindest die Verfärbung des Himmels. Die Einrichtung ist modern, das Geschirr alles ganz. Das Bett auch in Ordnung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist spitzenmässig. Im Handumdrehn ist man am Strand. 3 Dinge, die ich nicht optimal finde sind folgende: Die Gardinenschals müssen anders befestigt werden. Will man sie bewegen rutschen sie an der Halterung aus den Klammern. Der Stoff ist für diese zu glatt und zu wenig. Die Fenster in den Dachschrägen kann ich also 1.60 Person nicht öffnen ohne auf den Stuhl zu steigen, was ich nur einmal gemacht habe im Bad. Ein stabiler Tritthocker wäre von Vorteil oder ähnlich. Die Badewanne wurde mehrfach angesprochen in den Bewertungen. Duschen mit Haare waschen ist schwierig ohne das das Bad schwimmt. Auch deswegen wäre das Fenster öffnen wichtig. Ansonsten bedaure ich das die Woche herum ist. Ich habe traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge gesehen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall mal wieder.

Klein aber fein

Die Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss ist klein aber fein. Für eine Person oder zwei Personen, die sich sehr nahe stehen, vollkommen ausreichend. Das Interieur sowie das Bad wirkten modern und neu, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank brummt und schnauft manchmal, als wenn er ein schweres Leben hat. Geräuschempfindliche Personen könnte das beim Schlafen stören. Die Reinigungstruppe in der Nachbarwohnung war leider auch nicht zu überhören, hier wäre ein Hinweis durch den Vermieter angezeigt. Nebenan wird gerade ein Haus gebaut, daher kann es bis schätzungsweise Mitte 2021 noch zu Lärmbelästigungen kommen.

Die Parkplatzsituation der Unterkunft müsste verbessert werden. Das Vorhandensein einer Waschmaschine ist okay, doch wo und wie trocknet man die Wäsche? Das Badfenster sollte von Blicken von außen gesichert sein. Zum Aussteigen aus der Badewanne fehlt ein Griff. Wir kamen damit klar, aber ältere Menschen haben vielleicht ein Problem. Das alles soll keine Kritik sein, sondern nur eine Anregung zur Verbesserung. Alles in allem war es ein schöner erholsamer Aufenthalt.
