"Our stay at the Bahama Island house was outstanding. It was a perfect set up and location for several families and young children. Jack was an exceptional host with great communication and recommendations on where to shop, what to do on the island and provided all the local contacts which was very helpful! The house and pool were fully stocked with everything you could possibly imagine! The use of the pool and kayaks to the lazy river was awesome. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay and vacation to the Exumas! We would highly recommend and stay here again! "

"The house was perfect for our friend trip. We came by boat and kept it at Exuma Yacht Club. We went to Santanna's for drinks and conch, we went to Chat N Chill and then explored some bars by EYC. The house was perfect to come home to and float in the pool and beach. We also went Kayaking a saw a few turtles and bone fish int he water! "

"Unbelievable home and location. 9 of us stayed during July and could not have asked for a better home and location. Martin who takes care of the home deserves a special thank you. Anything we needed he responded to within minutes. If you stay here and rent a boat, be aware of the tides as boats may not be able to get in and out at low tide. Not a problem just takes some planning. Kayak up the lazy river and see a few barracuda and small sharks. "

"This was my second time staying at Charlie's place across from Man O'War Cay. My family of 8 rented both units and loved every minute of it! First off, Charlie's place is spotless. He and his wife take great pride in keeping the place clean and ready for guests. The location is great, about halfway between Georgetown and the beaches on Little Exuma. We explored lots of beaches in the area, but our favorites were right across the channel and over on Moriah Cay. We took out the included kayaks multiple times during our stay, which made exploring the Cays so easy. We saw lots of wildlife, sharks, rays, and turtles right from the patio on the water.Charlie was also very accommodating and let us check in early on arrival and check out late on departure. He is great to work with and very responsive to any concerns we had.I highly recommended booking Charlie's place for your vacation to Exuma!"

"Great location, great views. The house was exactly as described. Pictures of the water don’t do it justice. Infinity edge pool was perfect. Our group had plenty of room inside and out. Judy and management team were accommodating and responsive to anything we needed. Excellent house to stay when visiting Exuma. "

"This has been a dream property! The location is BEAUTIFUL and it truly has everything you need for a perfect stay. There is central air conditioning, plus every room has a mini split, so the house stayed nice and cool! The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and cookware. There was a box of pool toys our kids really appreciated. The beach with kayaks and paddle boards was so enjoyable, plus we enjoyed the personal dock that we were able to keep our boat at for easy access. All 4 bedrooms had an en suite bathroom, so there was zero fighting over space. The outdoor seating area is incredible with both covered and uncovered seating areas. And the couple times we needed assistance, the property managers responded immediately and were so kind. 10 out of 10 would stay again! "
