"We traveled as a group of 12 and had a wonderful stay. The hosts Tim and Robert were very accommodating and helpful. We were recommended Chef Denis and Mel for meals and they were a fantastic duo. Really enjoyed everything about this home. María came and cleaned daily and was a joy to be around. Can’t wait to come back soon!"

"This property was true to the pictures. There was plenty of room in for our family of 7. It was at a good location outside of Jaco and close enough to the San Jose airport to get our 12:30 flight. The deep sea fishing and surfing lessons were within 30 minutes. Make sure you put in the correct Playa Hermosa address if you go to Manuel Antonio so not to go in the wrong direction."

"It would've been nice to have the a/c units and fan on upon entering. There was no hot water the first night but the hosts took care of it the next day. Ants were a problem in the kitchen and upstairs... when we got home one evening, there was mice droppings on the kitchen counter....the house is beautifully made and laid out well. It needs a good deep cleaning and pest control."

"There were 8 of us that stayed at this property. It was incredibly clean and beautiful. The AC was super cold and we never ran out of hot water (even with all of us showering at night). Carlos, the property manager, was extremely helpful and kind. We watched the surf competition from the back of the property that Saturday. Overall it was a great experience!"

"Perfect place for a family of 5 or even 7 if you had too. Clean and fun property with great pool and quick to respond host. The beach is literally across the street and Jaco is just 10 minutes away. "
