"We loved our stay here. The pool and patio were fantastic and we spent as much time there as possible. There are plentiful fans and tons of birds which I assume helped to keep mosquitos at bay. We did not even notice them. Assistance was readily available when needed. We arrived very late and the property manager was gracious in accommodating us. It was a little tricky to find at night, however we realized that the gates have a large sign painted on them indicating the name of the rental. They were opened to prepare for our arrival so we missed it on the first pass. After that we had no issues with navigating and were able to walk to the beach, nearby small grocery store and restaurants easily. We would stay there again if we’re ever back. "

"This house is in an amazing location. Emily is GREAT to work with. I don’t recall if the listing says AC in entire house or just bedrooms but the AC unit downstairs didn’t work so there were box fans that helped but coming from a coldClimate to the humidity, etc it was very hot in the kitchen. The bedrooms had great AC units that worked really well. That being said I would totally return to the house as is due to the location and proximity to the beach, great restaurants, surfing, etc. We traveled with our teen kids to primarily hang out on the beach and surf. We rented surf boards for the week from Aloha Surf nearby. Jorge was great! We could walk out the front door and be on the beach in 20 seconds and other than one other family a few houses down the beach was empty all week other than Sunday a few more locals showed up. The home has hammocks, outdoor chairs, boogie boards and beach toys. I would come back to this house with or without my kids in the future. Nearby restaurants (less than 1 mile) are great and Emily was very responsive via WhatsApp throughout our stay. "

"Yes, the view was great. The pool was a great temperature, a little cool to refresh us. Plus 1 shower to take sand and sea off and another tap for feet and shoes . Lovely flowers in the garden. Great big fridge in the apartment. Breakfast was served in your room at a pre- agreed time. Every day different fruit and eggs , etc. "

"Such an amazing experience here the last 9 days! The host hooked us up with some amazing excursions with last minute notice also! I’ve stayed at several VRBO’s but this one tops them all for the value, location, and exceptional host!!! "

"When you leave the hotel for dinner, which you would probably want to do since the restaurant is terrible, be sure to return before 9 PM or else you will be locked out of the property behind a large gate. "

"Excellent location! Very responsive host and caretaker. We enjoyed hours boogie boarding on the beach. AC in the bedrooms at night was wonderful. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again."

"This property was perfect for our family. The 3rd floor covered deck was amazing! It was the perfect place for shade and to escape the heat. The pool was beautiful and refreshing, fabian, the property manager was ni e and promptly reaponsive. We went to the beach a few times during our stay. We loved that there were beach chairs and a cooler at the house to utilize. That made our beach trip much more enjoyable. If you are going to this area in general, you should know that the entire town has no unifoed water source. Water comes from a large holding tank on the property. The holding tank ran out of water at 11pm the night before we were leaving. Text the property manager at midnight to let him know and the water truck was there by 9 AM.Unfortunately , we had to be out the door at nine a m , so no showers for us. It was just bad timing. I think refills are pretty prompt in most circumstances. The water they provide for showers and toilets cannot be consumed. So there is a separate large water jug available for drinking, brushing teeth, etc. My only complaint is it might be time to replace the coffee pot. It was stained and dirty to the point i was not comfortable.using it (note I did not notify the prooerty manager of this issue). They did provide a bag of coffee. I took it down the street to another family rental and made coffee there instead. Overall, we would stay here again! "
