Creekstone Lodge at Alpine Lake, charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath modern cabin retreat

"We fell in love with this house as soon as we entered. It was exceptionally clean; and smelled wonderful when we entered. The house was very spacious; and would be perfect for a family with teenagers due to there being a nice little apartment downstairs that had a miniature pool table and dart board. We loved the openness of the floor plan; and it was great for entertaining due to having a large deck on the main level with another outdoor patio on the lower level, complete with a firepit. Once down in the back there was a little brook with running water; and you could walk across a small little wooden bridge to get to the other side. Once there they had 2 benches you couldsit on and enjoy coffee in nature. It's a very quiet neighborhood that is more remote. We also had a bear run across the street right in front of us as we we were pulling into the property. All in all we were very pleased with our accommodations; and would definitely return. It's a very well maintained property."

"The rooms were fresh and clean upon arrival. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of boats available to rent, Italian restaurant had great food and service, and the immaculate golf course is beautifully set among the trees. Not far from Pittsburgh yet in the serene mountains of West Virginia, you feel a world away. Very relaxing. We are already planning our return!"

"This was a great cabin to stay in! We had plenty of space for our family of 4. The cabin was well stocked, the host always responded within minutes, and they had a house manual that had everything listed out for us so I didn’t have to ask many questions. We loved the amenities that the resort offered, and the property was beautiful. The backyard had some privacy and was great for a bonfire, we saw a lot of deer running around, and it was the perfect mountain get away."

"The apartment is the main floor of an old home. It is located very close to downtown/historic Oakland. All the rooms are very spacious and minimalist aesthetic. It was a great base for our Garret County adventure. We were a party of 3. But a floor mattress makes it possible for a 4th. I only recommend bringing you own drinking water."
