This hotel and staff are absolutely great. Great location. If you are looking for something plush with all the extras, this hotel is not for you. It is clean the beds are comfortable. But, the hotel amenities themselves are bare minimum. The rooms are small. We had three adult women in the family room and it was tiny. Barely room for all of our suitcases. There was a double bed and bunk beds. No dresser to put clothes in if you wanted to unpack. Located down the street from the Earls Court underground, which was great to get around the city. We all agreed we definitely would stay there again!!

Breakfast was cold and the room was very very busy . But it was half term so lots of kids . I think it would be better when the kids are in school. The lifts are very slow so you have to wait some time for them to.

Incredibly small rooms for the price. Barely a mattress. Not even a chair. No tv and or a window. Just a box. Didn’t do any housekeeping for us or anything of the sort that should be expected for the cost of the stay.
