"It was a lovely clean, spacious apartment. Very well equipped and very close to the main tourist areas and coast. The staff were quick and responsive when I WhatsApp messaged to ask questions, as it is an online run hotel. The onsite shop was really useful too. There was no access to the rooftop terrace as it was constantly restricted for private bookings and permanent residents, not guests. It took me a while to get to grips with the online system, everything is online from checking in and out to recycling instructions. I am very much a non tech person, so working out how to switch on water for dishwasher/washing machine etc took a while. (Old fashioned folder with laminated guides would be useful for us oldies). Overall a very comfortable stay"
