"The staff were friendly and helpful clean and comfortable"

"We just had 1 night in Miami before flying to El Salvador. It had a shuttle bus which picked us up and dropped us back to the airport. Check in was smooth as only 2 people if the queue ahead of us. Staff were courteous, we had 2 free drinks to use in the evening each, free breakfast which was plentiful. The room was very clean, had a lounge with seating and another TV. It had tea and coffee facilities. The bed was very comfortable and good black out blinds. Didn't sit by the pool or use it. "

"The rooms were clean. I say rooms because we started out on the 42nd floor. Was a little intimidating so I asked for a lower floor same view. Nicole accommodated us to the 19th floor, much better. All the staff were so friendly. Nicole deserves a raise, her smiling and friendly demeanor means a lot!!! This will definitely be our go to hotel when we’re in Miami. Also, the scent of this hotel is mentally soothing. I ordered the room spray. "

"Room is not bad, some of the staff are not even replaying when you greet them, bad smell once you get into the elevator or between the rooms "

"Our room was amazing. We were a little off the beaten path which was perfect for us. If we ever come back to Miami we will stay again!"
