With 2 king beds and one queen, AC, WiFi, and a cozy atmosphere, guests can relax in this peaceful retreat. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine and hair dryer, along with 3 full bathrooms, 2 are walk in showers and a 4th 1/2 bath. Large fully furnished kitchen with work area and desk chair. Woodburning fireplace. Downstairs has separate living area with mini frig and video game room. Hot tub on lower patio with great view. The best view! Very clean and well-equipped.Karen and Vince are very accessible. Have been staying at their properties for years. Definitely pet friendly, just be prepared for a steep driveway.

Great Views

Looking out the each day a Brasstown Ball and the lake in the foreground was amazing. The house was very spacious with separate areas for privacy. The porch was great place in the morning and evening.

This cabin was incredible! The views of Brasstown Bald and the lake were stunning, and the warmth of the home made it so cozy. We loved the many windows, the relaxing hot tub, and the multiple porches for enjoying the scenery. Perfect mountain retreat — we can’t wait to come back!

Spring Splendor

Beautiful location on the side of the mountain. The views are spectacular and the house was perfect. Flame azaleas were blooming on site and the huge Japanese maple was magnificent. Highly recommended.

Decorated perfectly, the whole house felt like a real home. THE VIEW was amazing. The kitchen space was designed to host a family for sure it was so nice to be included while cooking. The glass porch siding was my absolute favorite!! I didn’t think the drive up wasn’t too bad, keep the momentum and stay aware. If needed roll down windows to hear oncoming traffic. Really once you pass the turn for Bell Mountain you aren’t likely to encounter anyone. Make sure to explore downtown Hiwassee and Downtown Helen! The house has a book that gives great details on where to explore while there. I’m already trying to figure out how we can get our whole family down there in the future, that’s how great this house was! Thank you Karen for your communication skills, you truly made our trip even better. The coffee bar, endless board games, and fireplace as well as fire pit really set this place apart from any other we have stayed! We really appreciate a fully stocked kitchen as we love to cook also, so thanks for that as well!

Wow what an amazing stay.

The view is just breath taking. This cabin was a perfect place to get away and we could not Get past the view from every room. We decided to cook every meal just to be able to look out and see mountains, the lake and the town right from the dining room table. Fully stocked kitchen and everything you would have at your own was available. The host Karen and Vince were amazing and so helpful with all our questions. Gorgeous views overlooking the lake and mountains. You are surrounded by beauty. We have stayed at many places like this BUT this one is exceptionally maintained. Kitchen has absolutely everything you need to make any meal you can think about cooking which is always nice. They provide firewood if you want to use the fire pit and the hot tub is the perfect size for a few people. We are always a bit skeptical of hot tubs but this one is well maintained and they provide testing strips to help maintain the water during your stay. This cabin has great porches and a huge seating area overlooking the scenery where you can roast marshmallows, grill out or sit by the fire. The local area is great especially if you can catch an event at the fair grounds. The lake is just at the bottom of the hill with boat ramps if you want to bring a boat. The marina is close and you can rent boats, or get a good meal with a little bit of flare. This cabin was great.

Amazing view and the owner was very easy to get a hold of. We had an issue in which the road access was compromised due to re-paving and the owner helped us get refunded and provided recommendations for nearby hotels.

This place is great! We didn’t have an issues at all but the host is available and easy to reach, if needed! The house overlooks the lake and the fire pit and hot tub add to the experience. Lots of things to see, places to hike and delicious restaurants close by.
Fire wood is available for purchase 24/7 at little store at foot of mtn
