"Was allowed to check in at 10am rather than 3pm. Flight from us landed at 8am. Room on 11th floor and view amazing. Good room amenities. Got a free welcome drink at bar. Safe did not lock but was repaired immediately "

"Staff at Crowne Plaza Auckland went above and beyond to make our honeymoon trip special with a bottle of bubbles and a card to congratulate us on our marriage ! Hotel itself was well situated and very well appointed. Would definitely recommend !"

"Nice large room with a surprise upgrade. We have stayed before on a number of occasions and our stay is always quiet and comfortable. The beds is comfortable. This was our first time in a room with a sink/fridge and small sitting area. Very nice if you are staying more than one night. We did note an odd smell in the bathroom from the shower drain but this dissipated after we ran some water."
