"The hotel is in a nice location but the conditions and services would need to tmprove. There should be air-conditioning and there should be a refrigerator in the room. Dining wise, they could improve efficiency by getting guests to get their own utensils and bringing used plates back to central location which is the practice in many hotels in their restaurants. Breakfast time should be consistent everyday and not change on weekends which cause confusion. Many restaurants provide coffee especially when they are open late for breakfast. "

"I’ve got to say the service was 10/10 and I think it was the assistant manager who went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and got everything they needed, will definitely be going back "

"Great location for our trip. Used the pool which was nice. Breakfast area was really smart, felt new & fresh, food options were good. A kids gift/package on beds on arrival Was a lovely touch Would recommend & come again "

"Clean hotel but a bit dated in decor. Corridors are sometimes confusing within the newer blocks added. Bathrooms clean, food excellent. Breakfast buffet well worth the £12 fee. NO air conditioning and rooms exposed to the sunny side are very warm. Fans provided but inadequate to cool the room. Would still visit again."

"The hotel was a splendid surprise being a true manor in the style of a stately home with extensive grounds. We stayed in the Mews cottages which provided a large well equipped room and bathroom. "
