Bed was very comfortable. I slept really well. Only problem with the room was a bit short on the tea and coffee supplies. 4 little sealed pots of milk do not go far enough. Breakfast was good for me although the coffee was dreadful. I would stay here again. The staff are really great.

The trek to our room was bad. We took the lift. Good. Then....we had to transverse a long corridor, then through anothher door, up a short flight of stairs, then another corridor! Maybe invest in another lift? Breakfast was Excellent - and plentiful. Our room was very nice. Breakfast staff were good.

Lovely staff who are very knowledgeable about the area which helped us out a lot since we came without a car, The hotel room was clean, bed was lovely and soft and there wasn't too much noise (other than a party in a venue below our room), good range of food offered with amenities like the pool and sauna, I definitely will be coming back!

Staff trying hard but tired hotel

Room really well appointed and staff helpful but no reliable hot water and shower didn’t work (no water), was moved to another room for second night but only had hot water in the evening so morning shower cold. Both rooms had baths but water to baths also cold. Bathrooms tired with cracks/chips in the sinks.
