"This was a wonderful hostel. The check-in was very quick and the staff member on the desk was so friendly and helpful. We were two older couples in a quadruple room which was very comfortable. The kitchen was very big, modern, squeaky clean and had all the equipment and utensils required/needed. There were numerous tables in the dining area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and thoroughly recommend Glencoe Hostel."

"Wonderful place, wonderful people. The staff was so friendly and helpful, as were the other guests. The kitchen and common living space were especially spacious and humongously homey. The only downside was that the road near the close-by fairy pools was filled (unfilled?) with potholes- which really has nothing to do with the hostel and I don’t need to note that in this review. 10/10, I’ll definitely be staying here again next I visit Skye- which is ASAFP (As Soon As Financially Possible)."

"This was my and my daughter's first hostel experience. Everything was clean and comfortable and the common relaxation and kitchen areas were welcoming and cozy. Being first timers we were a little anxious about understanding how everything worked, but the hostess that met us gave us clear instructions and everything was a breeze. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!"

"The rooms were clean and to be expected for a hostel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the large common area and the available bar. We were just passing through so didn't get to explore the surrounding area but there is lots to do and see. We enjoyed the available breakfast and there is a large common kitchen."
