"The hotel is nice, but the service was not the best.It felt understaffed."

"The hotel did not let a majority of their guest check-in until after 6:00 PM. They had extended late checkouts and did not have the rooms clean for more than half the guest. It was an awful experience. I had to get ready in the bathroom downstairs general bathroom downstairs for A wedding rehearsal dinner and leave my bags at the front desk because my room was not ready this was 5 PM. "

"Place is decent. It’s blocks from walking to a target. Not family friendly though, we got there on a Sunday and went up to have dinner and there was a huge loud party going on, couldn’t use the pool for our little one because of it."

"Toilet didn’t work or flush when I checked in. The main tv room lights did not work as well. I called the front desk and service desk around 15-20 times without answer. I tried the stop the toilet water from running but was unsuccessful. I checked in around 8 pm on a Wednesday. It seems they were short staffed and not prepared to deal with any service issues at this time."

"Overall, this was a very nice hotel that met our needs. We stayed one night before our cruise and we would stay again if we cruise again out of Miami or Ft lauderdale."

"Lucia and her staff know how to take care of guests. Maybe firm and strict but business is business. Well kept old Floridian property. No molded smells. Very clean with wall a/c units. Not window units. Around you have all you need. Walmart/ Publix/shopping and everything Aventura and Hollywood circle offers. Next door is a grocery store with I believe European buffet. Things I never tried fresh and delicious. After 7pm 25% off and surprised when I came at that time it was fresh replenished high European quality buffet food. I give this an extra. Safe area with nice cars and no not noisy! Location location 🤔🌴🎶👍"
