"We had a peaceful 3 day weekend. It wasn’t cool enough for a fire, but it was still cozy. The house had all the supplies we needed, including coffee filters and a choice of 2 coffeemakers - Drip and Keurig with disposable filter, too! Nice location, close to both downtown Highlands and Cashiers. We did lots of hiking, ate great food and slept well! It was just what we needed."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. The home doesn’t feel like a VRBO, but rather a gorgeous “home”. There are SO many beautiful pieces of artwork! The home has a great layout and we really enjoyed the library where you're bound to find a great book to read given the extensive collection. Communication with the owner was fabulous, which is always very welcomed. Thank you for everything! "

"Property was awesome! House is super cool and unique. Creek running through property that was picturesque and kids loved playing in. Only consideration was we had small kids and furniture was so nice I was continually worried kid may break something. Otherwise awesome! "

"I actually had to book this property at the last minute, but I’m glad that I did. This house is located almost exactly halfway between the towns of Highlands and Cashiers, It’s located just off Highway 64 but very quiet. The roads leading to the house are all paved, and the gravel driveway is very gentle. The house is only three bedrooms and three baths, but the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The deck outside is relatively new and quite enjoyable, day or evening. I would definitely rent this house again. "
