"Excellent house for a large group (there were 7 of us), kitchen was well stocked, host was super easy to work with (and accommodating). The only awareness would be there isn't a bathroom on the main floor (kitchen, living, dining), not a big deal unless you had mobility challenges. Off street parking was great, and the neighborhood was nice.. "

"The parking lot could be improved. It was more a construction site than an actual parking lot, but that doesn't take away really from the experience, just a minor thing to note. Overall very happy with my experience. The space met my simple needs. Recommended if you're looking for a simple place to stay. Proximity to Rockaway Beach is great!"

"Extremely nice home. Great location. Within walking distance to food, stores and 2/5 train. Never had an issue with street parking. Very friendly and safe neighborhood. Home was well equipped! Excellent hospitality from the host! We will definitely be returning!! "

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. "This was our second year staying at this property and as usual it did not disappoint! Clean, spacious, well appointed kitchen, short walk to the beach. This property is perfect for a family vacation, a must book!"

"We had a great 4-night stay on Bay Ave. The location is excellent, with an easy walk to several restaurants and bars, and as easy a drive to Sandy Hook as you can get. Enjoyed having a front and back porch, and had fun getting silly and playing ice hockey on a rainy day. There were a couple of things about the house that could’ve been better, but overall it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking to enjoy the Highlands area. "
