"Loved the property - staff not so much. Reception staff was friendly then disappeared. Even though there was a bell to ring - no one showed up. This was a Tuesday evening around 8 pm. We waited and waited and other people waited and just grabbed a key to check in. The restaurant on cute great food but again the waiter was not fruendly"

"Tannenhof was probably the most beautiful place I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Impeccably clean and smartly decorated, it was a comfortable and joyous place to holiday. The beds were comfortable, and the location was ideal for a hike in the mountains that will change your life. Breakfast was a highlight, and the coffee and tea bar was super convenient, adding an extra flair to an already unbelievably picturesque experience!"

"We had to cancel due to emergency and lost all the money. Hotel staff was responsive and did offer a voucher to use in 3 months but we are tourist and not returning back."

"If I could leave a 6/5 I would. The staff go above and beyond of welcoming you into the hotel and making sure you have everything you need for your stay. As well as give great guidance for places you want to see or offer other places to go and do as well as how to get there with ease. I’ve done many solo traveling journeys throughout my time. I can easily say this was the best hotel I’ve ever been too. It has everything you need for a solo traveller. The staff are extremely friendly and talk to you and ask about your day or how your trip is going. The restaurant serves up great food and the breakfast is good one to start off the day. If you travel with kids this will suit you. Has two play grounds, one outside and one inside incase of bad weather. So if you need to entertain your kids for a while they have that covered. Overall again this hotel has been the best experience for me and I can’t recommend them enough."

"The location is fantastic, meals are lovely. Breakfast was a little dose of luxury we haven't had that nice breakfast anywhere. The staff are amazing, warm, friendly and happy to chat to you. They go the extra mile for children "
