Beds were great and it was a good location if you want to stay in midtown. There was a hole and some mold in the shower and the toilet ran constantly. Housekeeping was good except they didn’t replenish wash cloths or toiletries

Although we knew the area was busy far past a reasonable amount of noise that was able to come through the windows even on the 11tb floor all day and night. We’ve stayed in Times Squaee before and could not hear the amount of noise we heard from our room at Hotel Stanford. The other major issue was lack of hot water and pressure. Sometimes the water pressure is out of a hotels control, however hot water is not. Took multiple showers that were completely cold and the times it did warm up, it was luke warm at best. I rarely do a review but felt this information should be shared.
