Really smashing team, always courteous and incredibly helpful. Lovely rooms with well appointed bathrooms and supply of toiletries. Only improvement that could be made to room would be the inclusion of tea and coffee making facility (though the room had the best stocked mini bar I’ve seen in a while). Hotel location was good - close enough to walk to principal sights but far enough to feel calm and quiet. Good eating options nearby too. Don’t miss a sundowner in the hotel’s rooftop cocktail lounge looking out over Rome.

"The property and staff are AMAZING! But the only thing that I don’t agree with, is that Expedia charged $8 for the shuttle from / to airport, (so $16 total) but the front desk lady said that the shuttle service was FREE. So I feel that I was unjustly charged by Expedia"
