"It is close to the shibuya area and super close to the station. Hotel is older than in the pics. I booked 2 smoking rooms by mistake, they helped me to change 1 by paying extra. It was ok."

"This hotel is wonderful. It’s quiet and clean. Room service is daily. Staff is friendly and speaks English really well. They allow you to hold your bags if you have an early or later flight. I don’t know how anyone could give a bad review for this hotel. We had room 303, and there were no sounds like others had complained. You can adjust air conditioning, and we never had it on high during August. Very good air conditioning. I liked that there was no carpeting and wood floors instead. Beds were comfy and super clean. There were two beds and a couch for us. It was a perfect stay. Great location! Very happy with our stay."
