"Great location in central Shibuya, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot bath, late-night ramen, and complimentary ice cream. Such a nice touch after a long day of exploring Tokyo. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back."

"It was a pleasant day, however, the air-conditioning was not great. When you leave the room, your air-conditioning turns off and it does not turn on again until you enter the room. That means when you are out all day in the heat and you get home at the end of the day, your room can be hot. It takes you a long time to cool down. But it did have good beds, had a refrigerator which I needed and used, and was very handy to a bustling district."

"This hotel is wonderful. It’s quiet and clean. Room service is daily. Staff is friendly and speaks English really well. They allow you to hold your bags if you have an early or later flight. I don’t know how anyone could give a bad review for this hotel. We had room 303, and there were no sounds like others had complained. You can adjust air conditioning, and we never had it on high during August. Very good air conditioning. I liked that there was no carpeting and wood floors instead. Beds were comfy and super clean. There were two beds and a couch for us. It was a perfect stay. Great location! Very happy with our stay."
