"We had a great experience at the Protea Hotel. Check in and out was efficient and all employees extremely courteous and helpful. The restaurant prepared breakfast to go on short notice due to our early departure. The facility is immaculately kept and tastefully designed. The location was great and we were able to safely walk the streets at night and experience some of the local culture. Highly recommended and would love to return in the future."

Not forgetting Zinhle who picked up on our communication on Expedia as the initial room was a bit smaller. She managed to upgrade us to a better, spacious room on the 2nd floor. "The hotel could need a update, Many small items was broken and a cleaning of the outside facade of the hotel is needed. It was nearly possibly to look out the windows due to a thind layer of dirt. The staff was very good, really good from reception, the restaurant to the staff cleaning the rooms. Our Room was very clean."
