We had a maintenance issue in original room 927. The lights sounded like a jet and the sink was slow to drain. They offered us a room on 12th floor that was exceptional. They need to plow the snow that is in their lot. Especially near the handicap parking and front sidewalk. As an older person, trying to walk on a snow pile does not work! Much less for a handicap person!! Don't be cheap and pay someone to plow your parking lot out! This is the 2nd time I've stayed ...
