Plan a great island getaway for 2 in this lovely vacation home away from home just steps from the beach and a short walk to South Beach Marina for all of your shopping, dining, and outdoor activities!

We know you are going to love the ease of access with this first-floor walk-up. Enjoy the private patio for a relaxing meal, keeping your bikes and beach gear right outside or walking right around to your car. No stairs! The large sliding doors allow the sun to shine into the living room all day. There is plenty of seating in the living area and the dining room seats four comfortably. You will find everything you need in this immaculately remodeled and fully-equipped kitchen with an efficient layout and plenty of counter space. Coffee lovers will especially like the option to use either the Keurig or the drip coffee maker - m-m-m, who doesn't love the smell of coffee in the morning?

The new open floor plan allows you to enjoy preparing meals, visiting with friends and family and gives an airy feel to the space. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the king bedroom closet. This bedroom has a phenomenally comfortable king bed, and the updated bathroom has a double vanity and beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

The 5,000-acre Sea Pines Resort includes the Harbour Town Links of RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Explore the 605-acre forest preserve on foot or horseback, or head out on the water on a dolphin cruise, fishing excursion, or a peaceful kayak trip through the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town.

PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $17. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.
* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.
* 1749 Bluff Villa is located in Building 5, 1st Floor, Stairwell A. Please note: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors including first floor villas.

Enjoyed a 19 day stay at this Bluff Villa site. Villa was very clean and just as displayed in pictures. Easy walk to beach and dolphin spotting was outstanding. We loved the easy access to the bike and walking paths. We have already scheduled to return next February!

($15/day per person) Pool was not crowded when we were there and had no trouble getting a lounge chair. The welcome gift was nice and having beach towels provided was greatly appreciated. Nice provisions in adequate supply for our 4 day stay. We would definitely stay at this villa again!
