Beach Lover's Retreat End Unit Villa House w Pet-Private Beach

This vacation rental is both family and pet-friendly! Queens Grant is located in the popular Palmetto Dunes Resort, the center area of Hilton Head. With all amenities provided by the Award Winning Palmetto Dunes Resort, you are just minutes from the beach, steps from Hilton Head’s great bike paths, golf courses and terrific shopping and dining. There are 4 community swimming pools and the Robert Trent Jones golf course located just steps from my villa that can be enjoyed by family members. The Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and General store are both just a short walk away.
The recently renovated two bedroom private end unit villa can sleep a total of nine people when you utilize the queen sleep sofas in the living room. The spacious 1500 square feet villa has a large deck and patio area with beautifully maintained landscaping.
The master bedroom has a patio, comfortable King-size bed, 42 inch HDTV, and brand new private tiled bathroom with extra large walk-in tile shower.
The large living Room with vaulted ceiling has a brand new 60 inch flat screen TV in the living area, HIGH SPEED (Cable Modem) internet access WIFI (Wireless). WIFI is SECURE!
The spacious kitchen has an open space design and is very well equipped with all the comforts of home. New washer and dryer off the kitchen area.
We provide beach chairs, beach cart with big rollers and one cooler with big rollers.

This is not a timeshare! There are no tours or sales presentations! There are no hidden fees.

Fabulous Thanksgiving stay

The family stayed at this home and one of reasons we chose this home was because they allowed pets and we wanted to be able to take them to the beach with us. We loved the large kitchen space and dining as it allowed for the festive Thanksgiving gathering.

Location spot on!

We were just visiting to dip our toes in the water and get a feel of the area and its atmosphere and this place was the perfect location setting us smack dab in the middle of everything. Our only complaint is our vacation wasn’t long enough to do everything. Trip two is in the plans.

Like most everywhere on HHI, this neighborhood is PRIVATE and requires guest passes for every vehicle. We appreciated having a pet friendly place to stay that was clean and spacious.

Good Stay

Was here for work with our dog and this place for our needs just fine for that. Good: owner easy to reach, big, clean, good layout, nice neighborhood, 12 minute walk to beach, alligator in nearby pond, bed was comfortable. Meh: needs updates like paint and decorations, bikes didn’t work, no smart TVs. To be fair, it was fine and price was reflective of what you got. Would stay again.

It’s was good. House was well furnished. Some of the pools were closed for maintenance. I guess because of the decent hurricanes. Palmetto Dunes is a very nice community and easy to get to the beach.

Great stay!

This is a very great condo in a wonderful location. We stay frequently in this area. It was very spacious and could easily sleep 5 people. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend staying here, but a few things need to be fixed. A few outlets didn’t work, the light in the shower, and the pillows need to be replaced. Other than that I highly recommend! The condo was nice but definitely needs to be updated.

Clean, but…

Photos are accurate. Spacious rooms and well appointed. Unfortunately villa needs to be sprayed for pest. Several healthy roaches. We understand the problems of infestation in this climate, but regular treatment might correct the problem and make the vacation more enjoyable.

Month of January

I stayed the month of January and was very happy with the location and property. It was within walking distance of the beach (~7/10th of a mile). It was an interesting walk with things to look at and a few turns which made the daily walk go by really fast. I like Hilton Head for the sunny weather and biking paths. There are over 100 miles of bike trails and it’s easy biking on the packed sands of the beach. I brought my own bike as I went daily but did see plenty of options to rent them, including e-bikes. The bedrooms of the house are very private from the living area and each other. It was extremely quiet and the beds were comfortable. The deck had full sun in the afternoons which was a bonus for the winter months. As long as the sun was out, it was quite comfortable sitting out there daily. This was one of the better suited places that I have stayed for my needs. It was very accommodating for both people and my pet.

Great vacation spot!

This property is exactly like the pictures. I was very anxious about staying here with our family as it was a last minute booking but the property is nice and kept up very well. There are a few things like a beach wagon, a cooler, some beach chairs, etc. that others have left for enjoyment which is really nice.The walk to the beach is all on sidewalks and took our family about 15 minutes. It is very doable for a family. We did end up renting bikes and it was a quick bike ride, also very easy! We loved riding our bikes around Palmetto Dunes. Queens Grant is one of the first properties as you enter Palmetto Dunes and there is a lot to explore. Something as an aside that I really liked about this spot specifically is that there is a door separating the bedrooms from the main rooms. This is in addition to the bedroom doors. It is so nice if you have different aged kids who go to bed at different times or get up earlier than others to have just a little bit of extra sound barrier. :)
