Hotel was great, breakfast adequate. Rooms were very nice. Excellent location for 3 minute walk to the train station for access to an approx 15 minute train ride to Venice. Very easy to figure out routes etc. Great restaurants all within walking distance.....about 5 minutes in any direction.

The room was clean staff was great. We ordered room service, 2 bowls of soup and one sandwich, $43 euros which included a $8 charge, quite ridiculous to add a fee when you aren’t allowed to pick up. Also very expensive bowl of soup

This is a great hotel, just a block from the train station. No need for a cab or Uber to get there. We had 4 pieces of luggage and pushed them there. Restaurants all around.

The staff was amazing and very friendly, specially the bartender and her staff was very professionally, funny . I highly recommend this place . Very clean the housekeeping did a great job, they replaced bath towels every day. I will definitely stay here again .

Excellent location! Walking distance to train and buses to get into Venice. Did not use the restaurant in the hotel, so cannot comment on the quality. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Reception persons are very friendly and very nice, also very efficient, professional. Several reception counters with persons in charge, so our inquiries are treated quickly. Room is clean, well equipped, some bottle water are offered for free of charge. The breakfast is ok, not bad.

This hotel is very new, very modern. The room is clean and nice. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. It's close to the train station, only 7 minutes walk. It also has some nice cafe and restaurants around. Bus stops are outside of the hotel. The bus that you need to take to go to Venice is upstairs across the street. I would recommend this hotel if you travel to Venice.

Unfortunately we were delayed getting into Venice but we were allowed to stay the 1 of 3 nights we were in Venice. Hotel staff was accommodating and we were able to get a late check out; only a 7 minute walk to the train station.
