Check in/out times were very helpful. Staff were friendly and helpful when we accidentally left our key in our room. They were also happy to keep our cases for the day after we checked out, allowing us to pick them up later.

What a fantastic place to stay in the heart of Nottingham. Just far enough off the main strip that it's quiet and peaceful, but also very walkable to all the key tourist things. We stayed in the Honywood Suite and it was amazing! Really beautifully decorated, comfortable and the rooftop terrace is a great touch. The caves had some mould issues on the seats and could do with better upkeep, but otherwise worth a quick look.

"Lovely hotel, great location and ample parking available. Late check out was available on request. Nice spacious rooms - however the only thing I would comment on is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. The windows do not open wide enough for ventilation and the one fan in the room was not ..."
