"26/27th/28th, Our weekend stay was for a wedding which was amazing! I had an issue with the rooms, my fault i double booked and the reason I gave 5 stars for staff/ service was because a lady called Diana sorted everything out for me with patience and kindness ( thankyou), also the waiting staff who served the meal were excellent, the food was quick, hot and cleared the tables very quickly with a smile. My slight dissapointment came the saturday morning of the wedding day for breakfast, because of the cancellation there was some confusion with booking it.. so turned out we hadn't.. but the manners of the member of staff slamming the bill and card payment machine on the table halfway through the breakfast and bringing 'backup' to make sure we paid the bill, even though I assured her that we were staying until Sunday and will sort the bill out then, left a lot to be desired! Extremely rude to deliver that kind of attitude during your meal, and then after the payment was made because we couldn't be bothered to argue, to say 'well, no one knows what they are doing here anyway!! 'clearly'!! Just totally unnecessary... so maybe a little note to self on how you 'discuss a bill' to a paying guest?? . Other than that, was a beautiful wedding in beautiful surroundings with competent staff and fabulous guests! Thankyou for our otherwise pleasant stay!"

"It's not the first time I've stayed at Frimley Hall, and it certainly won't be the last. As always, I received a lovely warm welcome when checking in. Bozena was fantastic at breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service, and the barman was very accommodating by providing a fan during the current heatwave, which was greatly appreciated. Another great stay from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team—I look forward to returning again soon!"

"I had a Large Double Ensuite Room. Quiet Location. To Improve :- Do not use an Extention Lead for the Large TV - a hazard for guest to wheel the extension lead to a socket Drill the TV into the wall facing the double bed The chairs around the table looks like a meeting room - please remove and the office chair opposude the dressing table does not match. Decor is outdated. Perhaps antique decor as it would suit the hotel and buildings Cold table in bath is hard to turn Sink is blocked in bathroom needs to be unplugged Rusty metal taps and plugs needs to be polished Dryed flowers are outdated fresh flowers are better ie roses and champagne for Guests Fridge was dirty needs a kitchen cleaner and dusty underneath too low needs to be put at a safe height to avoid back injury. Curtains are winter and should be summer Garden has huge potential ie a strawberry garden with herbs. Its overgrown. Windows are broken locks are not attached. Note pad and paper essential. Not enough Tea bags too many herbal teas. Leather polish for sofa. Wallpaper damaged needs re painting to lighten room with pictures Art / Hampshire History as location is beautiful. Dutch German and French translation please. Walks nearby with a guide to walks with pack lunches available. Bus routes and shops. Excellent hospitality."
