"I’m disabled and poor sleep and stress can often trigger a flare of my symptoms. The disabled room I was staying in is through one door in proximity to the bar/reception.
I was kept awake most of the night, until finally I called the hotel at 2.00am and asked if there were people sat at the bar. I was told yes and I explained they were keeping me awake with rowdy cheering, shouting and laughter. The noise did stop after that, but my pain symptoms were already triggered. I reported it to the manager in the morning and asked that I be contacted once she had investigated. Zero contact regarding the issue. Would not stay here again or recommend it."
