"We only stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is central to the train station, close enough to the city centre and amenities. The apartment was clean , spacious with a small kitchenette and a above average mini fridge. We loved the moka and they even provided ground coffee!! Self service towels etc was a plus but the access to their washing machine was the massive bonus. Everything is provided here! It was a nice break from hotels used in the past weeks. Communication...

"GREAT LOCATION! This hotel is located so close the the best cafes and shopping. We loved staying here. The check in process is so easy just make sure you complete the pre check in that you will receive in your email prior to arrival. The only negative I have is that our room was infested with quite a few ants. As a person who isn't easily bothered by bugs it was fine for me but they were very noticeable. Also 15 minutes before check out time someone entered our room without knocking I'm assuming...

"Beautiful, very comfortable property, a variety of restaurants and wonderful staff! I would highly recommend staying here!! Some small things to note: - there is only 1 washer/dryer in the basement, you need E1 coins to operate & you own laundry soap. It would be nice if there was more than 1 machine, I can only imagine how busy it is in the winter during ski season. Also, it would be nice if individual laundry detergent was sold onsite as grocery stores are not nearby & have limited hours....

"Ginzling - unlike some of the nearby towns - remains an authentic, likeable and calm village. It's a fabulous base for walking the zillertarel alps. We hired a car but didnt really need it as there are many walk from the door and a regular bus service between mayrhofen and the lake at the very end of the valley. Gerda and Kurt are fabulous, helpful and welcoming hosts. Can honestly say in many years of self-catering in Europe, I've never met such attentive hosts. The apartment is well-equipped...
