Hinton in the Hedges Holidays

It is a place I would be delighted to revisit on my next trip to Birmingham. The atmosphere was very peaceful, which I greatly appreciated. Entering the building was straightforward, thanks to the provided code. Throughout my stay, I had no need to raise any concerns with the host. The room was generously sized and equipped with an iron, tea, and coffee. Conveniently, there were food shops nearby: I had hoped to cook in the kitchen, but I discovered that I would need to have my own pot. There were no interruptions during my stay, and I valued the privacy. Regarding cleanliness, I would rate it a 9 out of 10, with some improvement needed in the microwave and toilet. However, the overall cleanliness was still "excellent." The host responded to my messages promptly, especially considering my late check-in.

Good breakfast, need a lounge area to eat a pizza brought back to the hotel as there was no seating in the our room

Good experience, only issue was that the room was too hot as radiators stayed on even though on off position but otherwise good location.

The room is nice and clean. However the room temperature is too high even though the radiator is over . Also the emergency alarm suddenly on around 6:30 . Wake us up with scary and can’t fall back asleep

My first time at this venue and on arrival I got a good feeling. Everything was exceptional and I told more than one member of staff. I heard other guests doing the same. It is rare these days to experience this level of service & attention to detail in the UK. I am truly looking forward to going back in November. a five star venue.
