"Easy parking. Convenient location. Breakfast waffles were great. Heated Pool was fun for the kids. Location is easily walkable to the main town. We had a family room that was a pretty decent size with River view. "

"The restoration of this building kept the vintage feel but with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, plenty of towels and comfy robes. The staff were super friendly and accommodating . We came in an ‘off season’ so most of downtown dining closes at 9pm including the hotel. We plan to revisit soon! "

"This is an old building. It reminds me of the one that the homeless people stay in in downtown Portland. Apparently, if you use the toilet paper in your room, they charge you an amenity fee. Lots of stairs. There are lots of other places to stay."

"This place was amazing. Beautiful room, beautiful view beautiful grounds. Pet friendly. The staff were lovely to my family and dogs. We would definitely stay here again and I probably will next time I am passing through. "

"This was the cleanest hotel room that I have experienced. Also, the bed was quite comfortable, with a firm mattress and very fresh linens. The shower was supplied with a wonderful, rum-scented shower gel & shampoo/conditioner. Though the bathroom was somewhat small, for the price of this room (Rm. 203) it was adequate. Viewing the lovely garden space outside gave a peaceful vibe to our stay. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. We plan to return! "
