"A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Lyon! I absolutely loved my stay at the Phoenix Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. They truly made my stay special. The location is fantastic! Within walking distance of Vieux Lyon, Saint-Jean-Baptiste Cathedral, Notre-Dame de Fourvière, and so many wonderful restaurants and charming coffee shops. The neighbourhood feels very safe, and with easy access to trains and buses, exploring Lyon couldn’t be easier. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and full of charm. Everything about my stay was wonderful, but what stood out the most was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. I genuinely enjoyed every moment and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Lyon!"

"Lovely hotel, well placed to enjoy all that Lyon has to offer. Modern, clean and well equipped. The bedroom was a good size and the hotel has good sound-proofing. Breakfast was excellent with standard hotel offerings plus some local produce. Located a short distance from the banks of the Rhône in the new town, we were able to access everywhere on foot easily and, while the old town may be more photogenic, it can feel a bit touristy; we preferred being slightly outside and eating where the locals ate. Would be happy to stay there again in the future."
