Room was clean and tidy. Very modern and comfortable. Ari at the front was very kind and helpful. The bar was nicely stocked as well as the rooms where there were in-room amenities if you didn't want to go to the bar. The rooftop has nice views. Sits right outside of Nashville, so it's a nice getaway from the city with easy access to the city. Parking available on site for a small charge. Well worth it. Will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

Nice hotel but not in the least family friendly -- unless you are nudists. The bathroom and shower rooms offer zero privacy and you can see right through the doors. Staff were a little pushy about upselling. Otherwise the hotel is great.

Noelle is super special in the heart of old Nashville. I was taken with how friendly the staff is. Even the dinner and breakfast room service staff were appropriate, polite and helpful. You might bring extra hangers since there was no closet in my room and the hanging rail was way above my reach since I’m short. The shower was clean snd pretty but I couldn’t figure out to get a safe heat on the water level. There was a bit of drama they couldn’t anticipate. Someone set off a false fire alarm and an evacuation was loudly broadcast. I was in the middle of getting dressed. By the time I went out into the hallway, I saw a maid to ask and she smiled sweetly and nodded the way but I couldn’t find the stairs. I recommend finding them when you arrive. It was note to self that these things actually happen. All in all, it is a special place with exceptional quality and service.

We had a short stay while making our way to the Smokies. We wish it could have stayed longer. We slept comfortably. Private parking in a secure building. We will definitely be back.
