Historical Center Hotel Guide - Family Friendly Hotels in Historical Center, Naples

"This was rated as a 4 star hotel... should be a 2 star. Elevators were dirty, furniture in lobby is old and worn and needs to be replaced. Breakfast area was very stark and overcrowded, hot items on the included breakfast buffet, (i.e. eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc.) were ice cold. Cappucino was luke warm. This was the conditon for eacjh of the 3 mornings we attempted to eat at the hotel. We ended up just skipping breakfast. In the rooms there were no drinking classes (paper cups only) and no ice buckets provided. Our travelling companions room had issues throughout their stay with air-conditioner not working. And finally upon arrival we were told that the following day water throughout the entire hotel would be turned off between 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We were able to work arround this incovenience, but for the large group of tourists that arrived the following day, it was a shock. For what we paid and what we received this was a really bad exprience."

"Breakfast was amazing. The only complaint was that the garbage pickup was very early morning and the room is not soundproof so we were woken up by the street noise before 5 am both mornings "

"Stayed at a lovely hotel tucked away on a quiet street just off Piazza dei Martiri, an ideal location that feels peaceful while still being central. The building itself has a beautiful historic charm, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff really stood out, friendly, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again."

"Checking in was seamless and quick. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Our room was quaint and modern but the view was overlooking the alley. Excellent shower and very hot. Breakfast was plentiful. Dinner menu is limited but delicious."

"Staff were lovely, the room was large and very nice. The piazza in front could use some work and sprucing up. The chains in front were a hazard. Get rid of or make more obvious. Larger chain painted white?? "

"Great hotel and team. Very well appointed with terrific artworks. The restaurant and the service is exceptional. The location is not great but it is pretty central and good for a base for visiting Pompei etc."
